BNP Paribas REIM acquires Milan office asset for €42m (IT)

BNP Paribas REIM, acting on behalf of its real estate fund “Fundamenta” managed by BNP Paribas REIM Italy, has acquired “Viale Stelvio”, a state-of-the-art office complex designed by the architects Rolando Gantes and Roberto Morisi. The architectural landmark is located in the greater CBD of Milan with an excellent connection to the public transport. The building is fully let and is the HQ of an insurance group.

 

The property features almost 15,000 m² of office area, offering Class A office accommodation by displaying a flexible and high-quality working environment to its tenant. The purchase price amounts to ca. €42m.
