BNP Paribas REIM France acquired the “Le Minéralis”, the head office of the publishing group Bayard, in Montrouge on behalf of the SCPI Accimmo Pierre. The 15,700 m² office, built in 2006, is on 16-20 Rue Barbès in Montrouge, in the Inner Rim, right next to Porte d’Orléans, and in a central district of Montrouge, easily accessible by public transport (metro line 4 and RER B). The purchase price was undisclosed.
This building, which complies to international standards, is home to the head office of the press and publishing house Bayard, the sole tenant with a long-term commercial lease.
With this investment, BNP Paribas REIM France confirms the strategy of SCPI Accimmo Pierre, making high-quality acquisitions in established locations mainly in the major French cities, with blue chip tenants.
“After several showcase deals in recent months, notably the Tour Heron in Paris and the Eurosquare II building in Saint-Ouen, BNP Paribas REIM France is once again demonstrating its ability to identify and seize good real estate opportunities in a particularly competitive market. The skills and reresponsiveness of our in-house teams are clearly advantageous in making high-quality investments on behalf of our clients” says Guillaume Delattre, Deputy General Manager of BNP Paribas REIM France, in charge of Investments.
