BNP Paribas Real Estate sells office building in Frankfurt (DE)

Signaris building

NEIF Fund, managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Luxembourg, sold the Signaris building in Frankfurt to the German investor LBBW Immobilien-Gruppe.

 

Located in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district, Signaris has a surface area of approx. 14,000 .

 

The asset is fully let to a German leading bank. According to the strategy of the fund, all NEIF assets have a green certification. Signaris benefits from a DGNB Gold certificate.

NEIF is a Luxembourg-based regulated pan-European Fund. It offers diversification in the Eurozone office sector to international institutional investors. In 2016 the fund outperformed again its objective by delivering a 5.6% cash-on-cash distribution to the investors.
