BNP Paribas Real Estate continues international expansion and signs alliance in Turkey (TR)

BNP Paribas Real Estate is stepping up the pace of its international expansion drive with an alliance signed in Turkey with Kuzey Bati. The new partnership concerns Transaction, Consulting, Valuation and Property Management business lines.

Kuzey Bati was established in 1996 with head offices in Istanbul. It currently fields some 30 employees operating throughout Turkey.

"The new alliance with Kuzey Bati will enable BNP Paribas Real Estate to accompany its clients in Turkey and develop extensive synergy programs with TEB, Turkish bank integrated in the BNP Paribas Group, which has a network of nearly 10,000 employees and over 500 branches across the country.

"Turkey, a country with a population of 73 million, has fine opportunities in store supported by very strong economic growth," said Bernard Blanco, International Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

"The alliance signed with BNP Paribas Real Estate is a genuine trump card for our company that allows us to expand even farther. The synergies between our companies will clearly tend towards better service to the client," said Kuzey Bati Managing Director Murat Ergin.

The signature of the new alliance illustrates the BNP Paribas Real Estate aim of continuing its international expansion program to support clients in their development objectives.

In addition to its 3,400 employees operating in 15 countries, the BNP Paribas Real Estate network of alliances now means over 2,500 people in 15 additional countries, which means client service in 30 countries.
