BNP Paribas extends its range of services in Hungary by signing an alliance with Robertson (HU)

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been present in the Hungary Property Management sector since October 2010 and is now extending its range of services in the country thanks to a partnership with Robertson. Robertson was created in 1999. Its head office is in Budapest and it employs approximately 20 people.

The partnership covers Transaction, Valuation and Consulting in the office and retail real estate markets. Robertson is one of the main real estate service providers in Hungary, able to work with clients nationwide. Amongst its clients, Puma, Gillette or Manpower.

"Thanks to the requirements of our international clients, we decided to expand our reach in the Hungarian real estate market. As BNP Paribas Real Estate is directly present in Hungary through its Property Management activity, this Alliance with Robertson now perfectly completes our client offer in this country", says Bernard Blanco, International Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

"BNP Paribas's strong brand, broad range of services and global network gives us an international platform that creates value for our clients regardless of geography. The cooperation will further strengthen our market position in Hungary and create opportunities for shared growth", says Robert Tilki, MRICS and Managing Director of Robertson. BNP Paribas Real Estate currently employs around 3,400 people in 16 countries and has set up a network of partners comprising over 3,000 people in 20 other countries. It can therefore draw on 6,400 people in 36 countries to serve its clients.
