TK Maxx will open its store, of almost 2,400 m² on September 30 this year, while Go Sport will open a 1,460-m² store at the beginning of next year. Douglas has taken a 250-m² unit which has already opened.

King Sturge represented the landlord, Blue City, in all of these transactions.

Agnieszka Michalczewska, Head of Retail Agency at King Sturge in Poland, says: "Blue City's offer is significantly more attractive than it was three or four years ago, thanks to tenants such as TK Maxx, Go Sport and Douglas, as well as earlier entrants like Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius and Marks & Spencer. Because of these additions, Blue City is now a much more successful and competitive player in the Warsaw shopping center market and wins admiration from both its customers and tenants."

Blue City has almost 230 stores, restaurants, pubs, cafés and service units, a big recreation area, large sports offer and attractions for children.
