The winners of the BEX 2008 international awards were announced at the Building Exchange Gala Dinnner. The dinner was sponsored by Aldar Properties and held in Calatrava's iconic Hemisferic building in Valencia, Spain.

BEX is a summit which brings together the leaders of more than 200 major organizations in both the public and private sector from more then 40 different countries to exchange best practice on the themes of sustainabilty, collaboration, innovation and efficiency. The event is organized by London based Building on Business Limited in partnership with the World Green Building Council.
The BEX 2008 winnners were:
