Beni Stabili has signed a preliminary contract for the purchase of a building complex in Milans Galleria del Corso, located close to Corso Vittorio Emanuele, for the amount of €49.5 million.
The complex currently has two cinemas and several shops, occupying a total covered area of approximately 6,000 m². Beni Stabili will study a project in order to redevelop the complex for retail use.
The transaction is to be financed from liquidity and lines of credit available to the Group.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of June.
