Beni Stabili signs preliminary agreement for sale of San Clemente Island (IT)

Beni Stabili has signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of 100% of San Clemente Resort srl to Touring Hotel International. The sale, at a price of around €82m, is to be carried out at book value.

San Clemente Resort owns the island of the same name, located in the Venetian lagoon, which is home to a luxury hotel complex. The closing is expected to take place at the end of November.

"As a result of this sale," note Beni Stabili's two managing directors, Aldo Mazzocco and Massimo De Meo, "the Beni Stabili Group no longer owns any hotel properties."
