Beni Stabili has announced the sale of a 15% holding in Proger S.p.A. (an engineering company ) to industry players, shareholders of Proger S.p.A., for a price of 645.000. The capital gain is 45.000, equal to 7,5 % on a book value .
The sale of the service company is part of the Group's corporate restructuring, which is now nearing completion and is in line with its strategy of focusing on three area of business Asset, Property and Fund Management.
Beni Stabili today owns 5% of the Proger S.p.A shares, which could be sold (put option) for a price of 215.000 within two years.
