Beni Stabili SpA said it expects full year results to be in line with 2003. The forecast accompanied nine months results, which showed a net profit of € 38.9 mln, up 35 pct from 28.9 mln a year earlier due to higher gross profits generated by property sales.
Gross operating profits rose to € 168.7 mln from 136.3 mln, and pretax profit rose to € 87.6 mln from 49.2 mln, it said.
