Beni Stabili has today purchased 40% of Promim Srl from SO.GE.PA. S.p.A. Beni Stabili's investment is 2,000,000. Promim srl controls 100% of Sviluppo Napoli S.p.A, which owns a number of high-quality, mixed-use properties in the centre of Naples and in the city's former Redaelli industrial zone. The business plan envisages the immediate splitting of the centrally-located properties into units and development of the former Redaelli zone over the next 2-3 years.
This will involve regeneration of the one-time industrial area via construction of residential and retail space. This investment is part of the Group's strategy of entering into qualified local partnerships in Italy's second-tier cities.
