Multinational Spanish banking group BBVA has carried out a sale and leaseback of its 2,000 m² Paris headquarters, located at 29 Avenue de l'Opéra (Paris 1), as part of a strategy to optimise its property holdings. An investor acquired the asset for €32 million.
In this transaction, BBVA was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate under a joint-agency instruction.
