Bayerische Hausbau sells business campus Bogenhausen to Rock Capital (DE)

Munich Based Bayerische Hausbau has sold the ‘business campus Bogenhausen’ complex to Rock Capital. The property is located in the eastern district of Munich Zamdorf and was originally used as Coca-Cola’s headquarters. The Complex comprises of 12,500 m² of office space and 216 parking spaces. Currently, 8,500 m² of the 12,500 m² available are still vacant. The Rock Capital is considering adding a low cost hotel to the site in the future. According to information released by Thomas Daily, the costs of remodeling the complex should amount to about €30 million.
