Barcelona Meeting Point: John Carrafiell, Morgan Stanley, Keynote Speaker at Symposium

"The Art of the Deal", is the topic chosen for his Keynote address. How do successful deal makers make deals? Find out the details of one of the biggest "deals" of the year. Hear firsthand how the venture came about, how it was conceptualized, structured, and delivered. Find out how the deal was negotiated and financed, as well as the role of each partner in the operation of the business. Learn about the challenges they faced, how they were resolved, and lessons learned. Find out all this from one of the most knowledgeable players in the industry, the co-Head of Morgan Stanley's Global Real Estate Group, John Carrafiell. He will share his vision on "The Art of Deal" as a Symposium Keynote Speaker at the Luncheon that will be held on November 7th as a part of the ULI Seminar "Investing and Building for the Future: How to Thrive on Uncertain Times".
