Banimmo repositions two buildings of portfolio on the basis of long term pre-letting agreement (BE)

Both buildings, located in the Da Vinci Park in Brussels, were rented when acquired. The objective was to realize an important renovation or restructuring in order to reposition these buildings according to market needs.

The first building develops 3,753 m² and is located in the Avenue de Schiphol in Evere (Brussels). It is currently being heavily renovated and a new tenant will rent 2,550 m² for at least a fixed 6-year period, with a possibility for an additional 3-year period. The second building, with a surface of 6,350 m² is located in the Rue de la Fusée in Haren (Brussels).

Banimmo has signed an agreement with a multinational which wants to regroup its operational activities and headquarters on this site, and this as soon as the building will be transformed and extended according to the specific needs of this tenant.

The new building will develop 8,242 m² and will be the object of a long term operational leasing agreement that will start as soon as works will be finished. These two operations are in line with the core-activity of Banimmo. These two operations will eventually improve the rental income. In its constant concern to offer real estate products which meet the highest criteria of energy performance and environmental quality, Banimmo will also respect the best environmental standards in the realization of these two buildings.
