During an Extra-ordinary meeting of shareholders of Ballast Nedam N.V. today, the shareholders have approved the proposal of the Board of Management to exercise the put option on the shares in the dredging joint venture Ballast Ham Dredging.
The value of the put option is Euro 210 million. This measure strengthens the solvency of the company substantially.
