AXA REIM purchases 2 retail portfolios in Finland (FI)

AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (AXA REIM) announces the purchase of two retail portfolios of Supermarkets and Grocery Stores for circa €200 million and has recruited Frida Stannow Lind, Senior Asset Manager and Linda Marthon, Asset Manager to its Nordic office in Stockholm.

The Sveafastigheter and HGR portfolio acquired on behalf of European Retail Income Venture II (ERIV II) managed by AXA REIM: 128 properties located in Finland.


The Royal Bank of Scotland – Nordisk Renting portfolio acquired on behalf of European Retail Income Venture (ERIV) managed by AXA REIM: 18 properties located in Finland.


AXA REIM Scandinavia, directed by Jerôme Arnaud, after less than one year of existence is currently managing assets of a total value of circa €950 million, in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden (including Sturegallerian in Stockholm).


Frida Stannow Lind, 40 years old, graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology. She was previously working at Newsec AM as an Asset Manager with Niam Fund III and Whitehall Fund properties, since 2003.


Linda Marthon, 29 years old, graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology, and was previously working at NCM Donaldsons as a Property Manager with various portfolios in Sweden, since 2004.
