AXA Immosolutions, a Fund advised by AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, announces that it has let on behalf of its clients the entire Osmose office building in Toulouse, France, to Airbus Industries.
Airbus has taken a nine-year lease for the entire 13,000-m², five-story Osmose building, as well as the accompanying 470 car parking spaces. Osmose is located in the Blagnac area of Toulouse, next to the city's airport.
The letting improves the occupancy across the nine assets in the AXA Immosolutions Fund to 98%. AXA Immosolutions is a German regulated open ended real estate fund dedicated to institutional investors only that invests in assets across Europe which are diversified by sector and geography. The Fund is managed by AXA Investment Managers Deutschland GmbH.
BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as advisers for the transaction.
Commenting on the letting, Roland Welter, AXA Immosolutions' Fund Manager, said: "This important letting further optimizes the secure and stable income situation of the Fund. To have won such a prestigious tenant as Airbus for our newly developed property in Toulouse, is a clear demonstration of our ability to leverage AXA Real Estate's European asset management network for the benefit of our investors."
