Nicolas de Saint Maurice (36) is responsible for sourcing and management in a newly created development department under the leadership of Frédéric Maman, the Managing Director.
The recruitment reinforces the company's in-house technical ability relative to its existing development pipeline and potential construction based on a land bank of 230.000 m².
Nicolas de Saint Maurice commenced his carrier with Auguste Thouard and was previously with Sodearif (Bouygues Group).
Cindy Drieu (28), who holds a real estate legal degree, joins the company as an asset manager. She was previously with Gestrimelec (Property management Keops Group).
