AviaRent grows German healthcare portfolio

AviaRent has acquired a newbuilt nursing home in Bark in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany for its open-ended special AIF “CareVision III”. The asset is located on an 18,000m² site at Bockhorner Landstraße 54–56 and provides over 86 single and multipurpose rooms. The facility consists of three interconnected sections, two of which are almost ready for handover and the third is currently under construction. The property is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

 

The nursing facility is easily accessible by public transport and enjoys close proximity to Wahlstedt as well as The Barker Heide, a registered nature reserve and the Seeberger Forst, Schleswig-Holstein’s second largest contiguous forest area.
