AVIA PARK, the biggest shopping center in Europe to be built in Moscow (RU)

AMMA Development has received GPZU for the new shopping, entertainment and office complex AVIA PARK with a total leasable area of 252,000 m².

The total leasable retail area of AVIA PARK is 236,000 m² on four shopping levels.


The core of AVIA PARK is its retail part. This new ambitious project is to become an ultimate shopping destination that offers new quality retail space and shopping experience. With an outstanding mix of fashion, leisure and entertainment tenants, AVIA PARK will introduce to the Muscovites a new format of timing out.

The unique landscape of AVIA PARK will recreate a New City Center concept – both with an extensive network of streets which lead the visitors from one area to another and a unique pool of anchor tenants (hypermarket, DIY, Sport, W&B) insuring a strong customer flow.

The center's central location at the intersection of Leningrasky Prospect and 3rd Ring Road, five minutes drive from the Garden Ring, in one of the most vibrant, diverse and cosmopolitan areas in Moscow, makes it easily accessible to all visitors.

AVIA PARK has an exceptional public transport connectivity with two metro stations situated nearby - Dinamo and Aeroport – and the future metro station Khodynskoe pole that is to be opened right in front of the entrance. The unique catchment area is projected to encompass over 5 million people.

Total leasable retail area of AVIA PARK is 236,000 m² on four shopping levels, out of which 128,000 m² are Anchor Tenants and over 460 stores. AVIA PARK will also feature an entertainment center, the largest multiplex cinema in Russia, many restaurants and food court, a two-level parking area with 7,000 parking slots. The magnitude and the location of the project already make AVIA PARK the targeted projects to many new global tenants.

The office part of AVIA PARK includes two separate class-A buildings with fully glassed facades and gross leasable area of 8,000 m² each.

The construction works, performed by Renaissance Construction will start in Q3 2012 with an opening planned for Q4 2014. Jones Lang LaSalle is appointed an exclusive leasing agent of AVIA PARK.

Along with AVIA PARK, AMMA Development is currently developing another project on Moscow's outskirt, the Reutov Family Mall located in densely populated residential area in Reutov, within walking distance from future metro station Novokosino. Total area of the project is 90,000 m², leasable area is 41,000 m². The center's catchment area encompasses over 700,000 people.

Reutov Family Mall will offer three shopping levels with more than 140 stores anchored by a 8,000 m² hypermarket, restaurants, food court, a 6,000 m² cinema and two-level parking for 1,100 places. Construction is to start in Q3 2012 with the opening planned for Q3 2013. Jones Lang LaSalle is appointed an exclusive leasing and marketing agent of the project.
