Avestus's Enterprise Park Phase 3 under development is fully leased (PL)
Avestus Real Estate, the developer of Enterprise Park office complex in Krakow, has announced that it has leased 100% of office space available in building D. The tenant, a company operating in advanced technology sector, will occupy a total area of over 5,800 m².
Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Avestus Real Estate Country Manager said: "To be able to secure the lease of the entire area in a building still under development, one year before the end of its construction, is a major source of satisfaction, an achievement that fills us with pride. Enterprise Park in Krakow, currently comprising 3 buildings, is a modern business park, whose strength lies in the convenient location 3.5 km from Krakow's Old Market Square. Following the completion of the new building, the office space in the complex will total approximately 35,000 m2.
The available leasable area on the four above-ground floors of the currently developed building D will total 5,800 m2. The floors will offer spacious and flexible class-A office space, ranging from 1,800 m2 (level 2) to 1,900 m2 (levels 3 and 4). The future tenant will have a parking lot for 102 vehicles at its disposal. Bicycle racks will also be provided.
Similar to the existing buildings, the new addition to the complex will comply with international sustainability standards, as confirmed by a BREEAM certificate.
Enterprise Park’s building D is slated for completion in November 2015.
