Avestus Real Estate announces Delphi anchor tenant deal at Enterprise Park, Krakow (PL)

In what amounts to be a record-breaking lease deal for Avestus Real Estate in Poland, Delphi Poland will move into Enterprise Park, an office scheme currently under development in the Podgorze district of Krakow, later this year.

The new Delphi Poland offices will comprise a total of 8,500 m² in two buildings. Enterprise Park, a new generation business park, is currently being developed by award-winning Avestus Real Estate. In September of this year, the project's first phase – buildings A and B – totaling over 15,000 m² will receive their occupancy permits.

Delphi Poland S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Delphi Inc, has signed a long-term lease agreement at the Enterprise Park office complex currently under construction in the Podgorze district of Krakow. The company will occupy more than 8,500 m² of office space on four floors of buildings A and B, which constitutes nearly 60% of the total space in Phase 1 of the office project. International real estate agent Colliers International acted on behalf of Delphi Poland throughout the lease negotiations.

Enterprise Park is conveniently located close to the city center, about 3.5 km from the world-acclaimed UNESCO Old Town Square. Transport links are excellent due to a number of tram and bus lines, a railway station and a fast tram stop near the park as well as easy access by road.

The main structural works of the project's first phase were wrapped up December 2011. Currently, the finishing touches are being put on both buildings. In the September this year, the first 15,000 m² of quality A-class office space is set to be commissioned. Ultimately, Enterprise Park will comprise three four-story office buildings. On each level there will be very large floor plates ranging from 1,706 to 2,310 m², with window grids of 1.35 m, allowing for maximum flexibility in internal office design and partitioning.
