ATENOR GROUP has announced that the Pixel building, for which it took over the construction and the marketing on behalf of the limited company Immo Steichen, has been delivered and accepted by Immo Steichen and is presently fully let.
In September 2006 ATENOR GROUP sold to the investment fund Union Investment all the shares of the limited company Immo Steichen, while retaining the responsibility for the construction and the marketing of the building. This transaction contributed very significantly to ATENOR GROUP's results for 2006.
