Following the issue of additional shares by Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (Singapore), the number of shares included in the EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index will be adjusted accordingly, effective Monday, February 23rd, 2004.
The new number of shares will be 628,713,000. Please note that this number of shares is subject to a free float percentage of 70%. This adjustment is made in accordance with rule 8.3.13 of the index ground rules.
