Arka BZ WBK Real Estate Property Fund has acquired a new building for PLN 21.3 million (approx. 5m) net. The new asset, the F.D.S. Plaza office building, is located on ul. Puławska, Warsaw. It was bought from F.D.S. Property and Development, who developed the 2,700 m² building five years ago.
Arka has other office buildings in its portfolio, such as Alfa Plaza in Gdynia and Aleje Ujazdowskie 10 in Warsaw.
