Arima Real Estate has reached an agreement to acquire the current headquarters of the multinational biopharmaceutical company MSD, which in turn has become the new tenant of the Botanic building within that same agreement.
The property comprises the 9,902m2 of gross leasable area of the building, spread over nine floors, plus more than 3,500m2 of outdoor space, including gardens and terraces, and 223 parking spaces.
Botanic is being fully renovated between 2020 and 2021 and is expected to receive the LEED® Platinum, WELL™ Gold and WELL™ Health & Safety certifications.
