Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund is pleased to announce a number of recently signed leases with leading international and regional retailers for its 83,000-m² Riviera Shopping City scheme in Odessa, Ukraine.
Recent lease signings include Levi's, Comfy Electronics Superstore, Eurasia Furniture Superstore, Intertop, Antonio Biaggi, Stenders, Mobilka+, 7th Continent, Lava&Cuce joining others including Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Reserved, Mango, Motivi, House, Cropp Town, Cinema Planet, Brocard, Reebok and Adidas.
Riviera Shopping City, which is anchored by retailers real, OBI DIY, Zara and Cinema Planet IMAX Multiplex Cinema, is currently over 75% leased and recently received State Commissioning for its targeted opening later this autumn.
