ARC Real Estate Partners sells Rotterdam office portfolio for €50m (NL)

ARC Real Estate Partners has sold Lotus offices C and E in Rotterdam to CK Capital Partners and Monarch Alternative Capital LP (Monarch). Lotus C and E are high-quality multi-tenant office buildings located at George Hintzenweg in Rotterdam Alexander and comprise a total lettable floor area of c.18,000m² divided over respectively eight and eleven office floors including 466 parking spaces. The total investment volume comprises c.€50m.

 

The Lotus office buildings have been designed by renowned architect Cees van Dam and were developed in 2008 by OVG Real Estate. The entire Lotus complex includes four office buildings designed in a campus-like setting. The Lotus C and E properties feature bright and spacious column free-floor plates driving occupier efficiency. The entrances of both buildings and the restaurant in Lotus C were completely refurbished which was a driver for recent leasing success. New tenants Engie and CIZ have invested significantly in the fit-out of its office floors. 

 

With the acquisition of this property, Monarch has further expanded its growing real estate portfolio within the Netherlands.
