Apollo Real Estate and Richmond Developments are launching a new investment fund for the acquisition of office buildings in France. The new fund is called Redhammer and will be managed by Richmond Developments in Paris. The first acquisition of the fund consists of four buildings of 11,300 m² in the Paris region.
The founders of Redhammer announced that they intend to invest â¬125 million in lettable office buildings in the coming two years. Although the fund will study investments in business or commercial accomodations as well, the focus of the fund remains on the Paris region Ile de France.
