Anixton strengthens its management team (BE)

Cedric Liénart de Jeude, who founded Anixton with Vincent Gérin, has rejoined Anixton as of February 1, 2011, alongside his partner.

For the past two years he has served as CEO of Sotheby's Belux, dedicated to one of his other passions, Contemporary Art.

Cedric has a degree in Economics (ISE - UCL), holds an Executive Programme in Real Estate Management (Solvay Business School - ULB) and speaks French, English and Dutch.

Both Partners and co-founders, who now ensure daily management of the company together, each hold 50% in the company, which has become a market leader in the real estate consulting sector.

Alexander Mertens joins Anixton as Director
Alexander Mertens joins Anixton as Director in charge of Investment and Financing activities, alongside Marc Oldenhove.

He has a Master's Degree in Law (UCL - Louvain), in Notary Public services (KUL - Leuven) and in Real Estate Economics (European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany), and is fluent in German, French, Dutch and English.

Before joining Anixton, Alexander was Managing Director of EUROHYPO Brussels for eight years. As such he was responsible for the structuring of complex and tailor-made financings of professional real estate in Belgium and Luxembourg. Involved in numerous important landmark real estate transactions in both countries, he established EUROHYPO as a reference in the real estate sector.
