Anixton completes re-lease and sale of Drapiers building in Brussels (BE)

The original Irish holding O'Mahony has sold the Drapiers building to the Belgian insurance company INTEGRALE. The Drapiers building is situated in the street of the same name, 1050 Brussels, at numbers 17-23 in the Louise district. It offers a surface area of approximately 9,000 m².

This building has been rented by the EDA (European Defence Agency) for 5 years now.

Anixton, an independent corporate real estate consultant, first renegotiated the lease to prolong it by a fixed period of 13 years, before offering it on the investment market and concluding this transaction with a sum close to €21 million with the Belgian insurance company INTEGRALE, which is now the current owner.
