ANF Immobilier, Caisse D’epargne Rhones Alpes, and DCB International repectively invested 65% , 30% and 5% of the total amount for the development of an office scheme for Alstom Transport.
60% of the total investment has been financed by a long term loan provided by le Credit Foncier de France.
Alstom Transport has agreed to sign a 12 year lease on the 36,600 m² scheme which will be delivered mid-2015.
The development project consists of five four-story buldings as well as multiple logistics spaces. The entire scheme aims to be granted both the HQE and BREEAM “very good” environmental certification.
