The prime objective of an investor or a retailer is to optimize net operating income. There is a niche in the market for independent advisors with our depth and blend of specialist skills and experience in French retail and leisure property from the high street in Paris and the provinces to out of town retail and shopping centers.
We assist our Clients in the preparation of strategic business plans maximizing value to the consumer, the retailer, the developer and the investor. Our experience in creating and managing mixed use institutional portfolios leaves us uniquely placed to advise owners in enhancing asset value prior to an eventual sale or acquisition .
Retail Partners focus principally on the retail property markets of France and Continental Europe and work with retail real estate advisors SRE in China who have offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
