As of 1 January 2003 Mr André van den Berg will be Managing Director of REDEVCO Nederland, succeeding Mr Jan Dalmeijer, who was recently appointed Chief Operating Officer of REDEVCO Europe.
Van den Berg currently is Head of Acquisition, Development and Redevelopment at Corio Nederland Retail B.V. and a member of its Management Team.
REDEVCO operates in 13 European countries in the field of real estate asset management. Its portfolio consists of around 800 properties, largely retail locations, with a surface area of 4.5 million m2 and a value of € 5.5 billion. The Dutch portfolio contains 90 properties, representing a value of € 420 million.
