AMB Property Europe, an affiliate of AMB Property Corporation®, has announced a lease agreement with one of the largest forwarding and logistics companies in France. The customer will occupy 10,700 m², or approximately 20% of the development which is expected to be 54,800 m² at completion.
AMB Gonesse Distribution Center is situated on an 11-hectare site in the Gonesse industrial park adjacent to the A1 motorway, immediately north of Le Bourget Airport and southwest of Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport. AMB's development provides customers with a prominent address and convenient access to Paris City Center, Charles de Gaulle International Airport and several major interstates.

AMB's portfolio in France totals approximately 284,500 m² of operating and development facilities, located in the markets of Paris and Lyon.
