AMB Property France, an affiliate of AMB Property Corporation®, announced it has fully leased the 6,200-m² AMB Paris Nord 2 Distribution Center 2 to CEVA Freight Management France, the freight management branch of CEVA Logistics, a leading global integrated supply chain company. The facility is located in the logistics park Paris Nord 2, adjacent to Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport.
"A target customer such as CEVA is a very welcome addition to our French portfolio," commented François Rispe, AMB's vice president, general manager, France. "AMB's ability to attract a new customer to lease this facility demonstrates the strength of the location and the quality of the building."
"The open dialogue with AMB's local customer team and the prime location of this facility appealed to CEVA," said Christian Raucoules, CEVA's chief executive officer. CEVA will use the building to handle its French air freight business at Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport.
