Amazon Court receives another prestigious award (HU)

Europolis' Amazon Court office building won in the category of "Best Office Development" in the Construction and Investment Journal Awards. The building received this prestigious award due to successful unique combination of excellent architecture, very high energy efficiency and state of the art technical design where all those aspects create excellent sustainable investment value.

Amazon Court has been awarded already in the office buildings category at the international real estate fair MIPIM in Architectural Review magazine competition as Building of the Future in the year 2008. As such Amazon Court became after Danube House (developed also by Europolis) the only second office development in the Czech Republic awarded at this competition. Thus with the CiJ Awards Europolis once again confirmed its position focusing on outstanding quality in the development of office buildings in the Czech Republic and added another important award to its collection.

Amazon Court's unique design is a combination of many state of the art structural, internal climate control and new material solutions together with friendly and attractive internal and external visual appearance. The project is the third office building of the River City Prague project in Prague 8 Karlín, has seven above ground floors and three underground levels. There is 22,000 m² of predominantly office rentable area and 254 car parking spaces.
