AM NV and OVG Projectontwikkeling BV have abandoned plans for the acquisition of OVG by AM. This also means that Coen van Oostrom, managing director of OVG Projectontwikkeling, will not be joining the AM Management Board.
In talks following the due diligence investigation, it has been concluded that the proposed takeover would not yield the expected mutual benefits. It has accordingly been agreed that the acquisition should not go ahead. The current partnerships between AM and OVG on a number of projects will of course be unaffected.
