The private real estate fund Altera Vastgoed N.V. in Haarlem (the Netherlands) has recently acquired a distribution center for its sector portfolio Bedrijfsruimten (Business accomodation) from Maessen Projecten B.V. in Venray for the amount of â¬14.5 million.
The distribution center, which is situated at the industrial site Smakterheide in Venray, consists of a 20,000 m² production hall/warehouse and 1,500 m² of office space. The object is let to Flextronics Logistics B.V.
The acquisition is in line with Alteraâs strategy to expand, rejuvenate and differentiate its ⬠160 million business accomodation portfolio.
