Almost 80% of apartments sold at Frankfurt's Holbeinviertel (DE)

The HOCHTIEF Solutions residential developer formart and Wilma Wohnen Süd are building the Holbeinviertel residential quarter in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen.
196 residential units are to be created in five phases on a former freight railway lot with an area of around 27,600 m². 37 of the townhouses (79 %) and 117 condominiums have already been sold.

The first phase is finished and one-third of the townhouses are occupied. Completion of phases two and three is scheduled for summer 2013. 38 detached houses, twelve apartment buildings and an underground parking garage will be built at Holbeinviertel by summer 2014.

Holbeinviertel, situated between Stresemannallee and Holbeinstrasse in Frankfurt's Sachsenhausen district, is designed to have no through traffic. In future, local residents will reach their homes via private roads. The entrance to the shared underground parking garage is beside the entrance to the complex. From there, the residential levels of the apartment buildings can be reached directly.

The twelve free-standing buildings will be arranged on the lot in such a way that the Frankfurt skyline will be visible from most apartments. The floor plans of the residential units, which range in size from 61m² to 145 m² , include a balcony, terrace with garden share or a roof terrace.

The spaces between the apartment buildings will be planted. Townhouses will close off the complex on the southern, railtrack side.
