Allianz Real Estate has announced the acquisition of two office buildings in the Paris area, more specifically in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, rue Camille Desmoulins. The assets were sold by a real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse for approximately 260 million.
The two buildings respectively built in 2002 and 2005 comprise around 33,000 m² and 825 parking spaces. L'Audiovisuel Extérieur de la France, les sociétés Masson (Elsevier group) and Locaposte are the main tenants.
In this transaction, Allianz Real Estate France was advised by the notary's office, Etude Bresjanac, while the vendor was advised by the notary's office Etude Thibierge.
