Invesco Real Estate has sold Broni Logistics Park to Allianz Real Estate for an undisclosed amount. The logistics park, located a short distance from the Broni-Stradella A21 motorway exit, comprises 4 modern ‘Grade A’ buildings with a total area of approx. 150,000m² and is fully let to leading logistics operators and retailers. The transaction is part of Allianz Real Estate's broader strategy which aims to invest in the logistics sector through the acquisition of high quality and strategically located properties offering long-term growth potential. Pavia, in particular, is at an advantage for distribution to northern and central Italy.
