Allee retail center in Budapest has opened, fully let (HU)

ING Real Estate Development is pleased to announce the opening of Allee, a 47,000-m² retail center in Budapest's fast growing 11th district. The new retail center is part of a mixed-use scheme which transforms the area into the commercial center of the Buda part of the city.

Allee is ING Real Estate Development's sixth landmark project in Hungary.


Based on a master plan by the internationally renowned shopping center architects Chapman Taylor, Hungary's famous atelier, the Finta Studio designed the new center to reflect key features of modern architecture, that are in full harmony with the architectural style of the neighboring buildings.

Allee, ING Real Estate Development's sixth landmark project in Hungary is located in the heart of Budapest's most populous district. Besides 47,000 m² of retail space Allee includes 7,000 m² of lettable office space and 89 apartments.

The retail center features over 140 businesses, including gourmet restaurants, cafes and bars. A fitness club which is open 24/7, a 13-screen cinema and a casino make up an attractive leisure offer. Anchor tenants include Interspar, Marks & Spencer, LIBRI, H&M, C&A, Zara, Cinema City and Van Graaf. Allee includes underground parking for 1,280 cars. The city's fourth metro line which is under construction will have a station at Allee, further improving the accessibility by public transport.
