The Tricity developer, JWK Invest, is finalizing negotiations with Deutsche Bank Real Estate over terms for the sale of its Gdańsk shopping center, Alfa Centrum.
The complex has a total of 15,500 sq.m. of retail space and was opened in 2002. Tenants within the supermarket include Bomi, Galeria Centrum, Empik, H&M, Tatuum, CCC and Esprit, as well as Kinopleks (an 8-screen multiplex).
