AKRON continues success story in Ukraine and starts development of Baltic Logistics Park (UA/AT)

AKRON Group starts another first-rate logistics center in Kiev. The Baltic Logistics Park (BLP) will be an A-class project covering a total of 46,000 m² (of which 3,000 m² will be office space), thus, it will be one of the state-of-the-art logistics sites in Kiev. The property has excellent access and is located 6 km from Boryspil highway and 13 km from Kiev city.

AKRON Group's consultant in this transaction was Colliers International Ukraine; 80% of the total financing will be provided by an Austrian bank.
