Airrail Center Frankfurt GmbH & Co. KG, an investment company of IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, is letting an additional 3,600 m² of the planned Airrail Center at Frankfurt Airport. After gaining Hilton as the operator of two hotels covering a total of 30,000 m² and with the start of construction scheduled for the end of the year, a ten-year lease has now been concluded with a specialist medical center.

In addition to the central location in the Rhine-Main region, the crucial factor in the decision for the location of the specialist medical center was the Airrail Center's good international connections thanks to it being situated at Frankfurt Airport. The range of services offered by renowned national and international specialist doctors is aimed at patients from both Germany and abroad. The center focuses on high-performance basic diagnostics in a
"one-stop shop" and additional diagnostics for patients in the immediate vicinity to treat common complaints.
If required, patients can use the medical services in conjunction with the Hilton Hotel range from 2009.

The major project designed by IVG Immobilien AG and the airport operator Fraport AG has a project volume of around €660 million. At 60,000 m², the first stage of construction will begin this year. With a total of 130,000 m² of hotel, office and retail space, the Airrail Center is one of the largest commercial real estate projects in Europe.
