AIG/Lincoln Germany and BMW concluded a leasing agreement for the new Logistikpark Moosthenning Development Project. The 43,000-m² Logistikpark Moosthenning is located in close proximity to the BMW production plant at Dingolfing, Germany, in the district of Moosthenning, allowing them access to modern flex space not a stone's throw from their main works at Dingolfing.
The Dingolfing location is the largest of the BMW Group's productions facilities. As the industrial center of Lower Bavaria the plant provides employment for the whole region, its 22,000 strong workforce turning out more than 1200 vehicles a day.
The first of four phases at the logistics park will be handed over to BMW in July 2008. Completion date for the logistics park is July 2009.
General contractor is Goldbeck Ost GmbH.
