Agata Meble takes space at Galeria Victoria (PL)

Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP Retail), the developer of Galeria Victoria entertainment and retail center in Walbrzych, has signed an agreement for the lease of retail space with AGATA MEBLE. The popular Polish furniture chain, which currently operates 12 stores in retail centers around the whole country, will occupy an area of 4,600 m² in the retail park in Galeria Victoria.

Galeria Victoria is due to open on October 16, 2010.



AGATA MEBLE offers a wide range of home and office furniture, as well as attractive and functional interior furnishing products. The company's range also includes luxury furniture in various styles (classic and modern), characterized by unique design and high quality. The construction of Galeria Victoria started in February 2009, and the grand opening event is planned to be held on Saturday, 16 October 2010.

Galeria Victoria will be the first modern retail, entertainment, residential and hotel complex in Walbrzych and the surrounding region, bringing the first multiplex cinema (Cinema City), restaurants and coffee shops and many highly-desired Polish and international retail brands to the city for the first time. The two-story shopping complex will house an Intermarché Super supermarket (approximately 3,000 m²) and approximately 180 shops, giving the people of Walbrzych access to well-known and popular clothing brands, a retail park (over 6,000 m²), a Media Markt electronics store (approximately 3,300 m²), and other services located in a retail area of over 43,000 m².

In the recreation zone (2,300 m²), the mall's customers will find a modern seven-screen Cinema City multiplex cinema and a wide range of restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops. In total, 1,390 underground and ground parking spaces will be created for customers with cars.
